City block in the immediate vicinity of the river Tamiš, the bridge and river walk, at the very entrance into Pančevo. Hotel reconstruction and floor upgrade is proposed, as well as the upgrade of various content on the lot through six phases of construction.
Energy efficiency is improved through energy rehabilitation of the hotel’s façade and its reconstruction. Designed space can be divided into four constituents – hotel, trade center with garage, business facility, residential – business facility and public area.
